New Senior Coachcard
There is a 10-working day delay in these currently being received by post.
I am still waiting for a couple to arrive in the post so the inlaws can travel this Friday.
Anyone know if NE are being lenient on the presentation of senior coachcards due to the current postal delays? The ticket specifies the coachcard numbers, but they still have not arrived.

Just to feed back, in case anyone picks up this thread who is in a similar situation, the coach driver in question was not at all bothered about seeing the coach cards, just the ticket.
(they did turn up on exactly the 10th working day as it happens)0
