suspended on second job does it affect first job

i,ve been suspended in my second job on full pay due to a investigation on conflict of interest they said i'd been talking about a new company and praising the new company to customers if i did it was malious to the company i work for now, will this affect my 1st job in any way and i'm i better giving my notice in and have a second job line up and already got my reference , i'm worried sick i've told the new company and they said give your notice in

I am somewhat confused. Are these two jobs that you have at the same time? Or is one a new job (because I am struggling to understand where the "new company" come into this if not)?

think it's.... OP has two job, been suspended from the second job as they've got a new second job which has a conflict of interest with the current second job.

So, i'm going for... no it has nothing to do with the first job if you're suspended from your second.

thank you for reply ,but would you give your notice in or wait for investigation , i have another second job lined up and already got reference for it but i was just waiting for the new company to get more clients in

i worked for 2 different company and 3rd company [wot new] is nothing to do with the other two company

yes had two part time job been suspended from 2nd job because they say i've talked about another company that as nothing to do with both my jobs , the 3rd company as offered me a job already got references and going to start with them in december

Well technically being suspended from one current job has nothing to do with the other job and nothing to do with the new employer. Although if you have been praising what may be a competitor to customers of your current company then it certainly does have something to do with them. And if it is either of the other two companies that you have been praising it may also have something to do with them if your current employer wants to get very difficult about it. But it is really difficult to say more than that based on what you have said.

i said nothing about my first job so i know i'm ok there, but just mention to someone else about the 3rd company wot i'm going to work for. but i didn't do it maclious or to get clients to the new company
