After sending MBNA a section 78 request in October, they have ignored all requests for the credit agreement. I even sent them a £1.00 postal order that they requested, and still nothing. Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.
