hi guys,
firstly i am not completely submerged in the "compensation culture" that is so often the case these days but...we bought a home theatre (tv,dvd, vid, speakers) etc in early december and it failed on boxing day.it took us until wed 24th january to get the supplier to eventually come and take it away after much ado.i feel that we were treated with contempt during the time of this thing not working, and would like your views/suggestions if any of you guys have been placed in the same unforunate position a sourselves..
thx
