can someone tell me who "WHO'S INTERNET" is please??? they have taken money off me and have'nt a clue who they are?

    It'll be pretty impossible to google that phrase I think (although stef73 seems to have found it :)). I would get in touch with your bank or credit card and ask them for more details - they might be able to assist more.

    Maybe because different parts of their website/sites are managed by different parts of the organisation? E.g. betting from one place, games from another, bingo from a third.
    loose does not rhyme with choose but lose does and is the word you meant to write.
