Royal Mail postage refund through Paypal

I paid for postage for an ebay item I had to send through Paypal on 11 November, when I went to print it, I found our servers were down & ended up cancelling the label & just paying cash at the post office instead. The refund from Royal Mail is STILL showing as pending on my Paypal account. Does anyone have any idea how long it normally takes for Royal Mail to bother to process it? I emailed Paypal, but they were as much use as a chocolate teapot.

Well i've still had nothing from them. Does anyone have any idea who I contact now? I've emailed paypal, useless, & i've emailed the royal mail email address that shows in the postage order, & got no response from that either.
