Mine did arrive today - it had been delivered to the wrong house by the courier! The neighbour brought it round.
I did not order size 20. Sizes 8 and 10 arrived so my DD could have the right size for her, for her birthday. And the one she did not want has been snapped up by my other DD. They love the coats.
As a mum, I love them too as they are so warm and zip up to the neck to keep out the winter. I could not order one for me - it would not fit me, but I would have loved one!

Really sorry you didn't get yours, I had mine cancelled too, paid by paypal and no sign of refund. Had I got the size 20 I ordered for mum I would have sent it on to you!

I got that Email too..i ordered a size 14....think i was one of the last to order as initialy my 14 went through as a size 6..cancelled that,then they all went OOS..14's reappeared in stock hour or so later.
