The coat was in stock when my order was accepted so how can this be? No mention of my refund either - used Paypal.

I ordered one in a 10 - I didn't get a despatched e-mail beforehand. I have e-mailed them to say I was disappointed as it was in stock when I ordered - I don't they'll be too sympathetic!

I've done same and no dispatch email either. I'm not to happy and told them so and that I know others have had theirs honoured. Email says to check inshore but they have removed button to click on from product details. Why is it still on site at £5 albeit OOS?

I ordered one using standard delivery then another using nd delivery. Recieved the nd delivery today so tried to cancel the other one, they refused to cancel it, but then I recived a cancellation email!!

Also called and asked that they would apply the free delivery and/or 15% code. No to both, the free del was for standard delivery only and he wanted me to prove where I got the 15% code from, since I don't know. I can't. CS was a bit crap really.
