atos wembley

Hello everybody.

Anyone with experiance of atos wembley ? I sent my esa50 form by special delivery on satuerday to atos in wembley . It said on their letter that it had to be at their office no later than this wedensday. Yesterday i go on to the royal mail website to check if my letter had been delivered but the royal mail say its being redirected so now i start to panic. No joy with phoning both royal mail and atos (im thinking is it a fault on royal mail website but cant be sure)

The letter from atos in wembley definatley said to post it to the address at the top of their letter which was olympic house.

Anyone sent anything to atos in wembley?

relax. many large organisations have redirections in place.
also a lot of ATOS(maybe all?) is actually redirected to royal Mail.
that mail is iopened and scanned for ATOS
then the physical letters are delivered to ATOS via SD the next day.

Is that the phone number that no-one can be bothered to answer? Last time I tried to contact yourselves regarding payment of expenses I was waiting several times for at least 5 hours before giving up. So why bother advising anyone to phone that number? Do us all a favour, get off the web and provide a good service in the first place, including a decent phone service!

Both times I've rung the 0800 number, it has been much, much quicker to answer than the DWP!

When I called them (I've given up now), there were two options, one for appointments and another for customer service. The appointments one I agree, it was very quick, but the customer service one was terrible. Has it changed in the past two years?
