What to do with left over stew?

I made a huge vat of beef stew and dumplings for dinner last night, unsuprisingly all the beef and dumplings went but I am left with a huge bowl of 'stew juice' and veg - any ideas what to do with it?! Thanks! x

Thanks very much for all your ideas and suggestions! The shepherds pie idea is definitely one I hadnt thought about, I might give that a go!

PS valk_scot I always make too much gravy with my stews, I think this shows I need to cut down!!
