hsbc future dated payments

Hi
i have set.up a future dated payment from my hsbc account.to my santander account for a date next week. will this payment still go as a faster payment? It is under 10k. Also what time on the day i asked it to be sent will it go? Ie will it.go at.midnight?

It will go via FP as long as both accounts are faster payment enabled, as for the time it will be during the overnight processing. Having said that I had a FP outwards set up yesterday and they didn't go until mid morning but it will go on the day requested.These are my thoughts and no one else's, so like any public forum advice - check it out before entering into contracts or spending your hard earned cash!
I don't know everything, however I do try to point people in the right direction but at the end of the day you can only ever help yourself!0 -
Future dated bill payments are generally processed between 0600 and 0800 on the day the transaction is requested for.
Additionally, all banks will be required to be faster-payment compliant by 1st Jan 2012.I am employed as a manager in a financial services institution. My views are entirely my own.0
