It's not up to date. Both my neghbours houses have been sold since 2000, (one of them twice), and neither of them is listed on this site.

I agree. Our house sold 2 years ago isn`t on there. Not a good site at all

These sites use data from the Land Registry. Were they older properties, which may not yet be registered?
