• Entry is via logging onto the Bounty website at www.Bounty.com and clicking to enter
• Each eligible entry received from the entry 'Starting Date' until the entry 'Closing Date' will be entered into the prize draw. The draw shall take place on the 'Prize Draw Date', under independent supervision, and the winners will be notified by email by the 'Winner Notification Date'.
• All dates (entry start, entry closing, prize draw and winner notification are listed in the date table on this page.
• If any of the ‚Prize Draw or ‚Winner Notification dates fall onto a weekend (Saturday & Sunday) or a public holiday, the Prize Draw or Winner Notification will take place the next following working day.

• Within 14 days of notification the winner is required to email confirmation of their postal address to the promoter. In the event that the winner does not provide the required postal address within the 14 days the entry will be disqualified and an alternative winner will be chosen.
• The prizes will be sent by Promoter to the winners within 14 days of receipt of confirmation of postal address and will require signature on delivery.
• All entrants must be resident in the UK and have a valid email address.
• All internet connection charges shall be the entrant's responsibility.
• Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries invalidated by technical problems beyond the control of the Promoter or problems with accessing the website.
• Only one entry per person.
• Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
• Employees of Bounty (UK) Limited the Promoter or any associated companies, and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
• No purchase necessary for entry into the prize draw. Entries received after the relevant closing date will not be accepted. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative for the prizes
• At the Promoter's discretion another prize of equivalent or greater value may be substituted if in all reasonable circumstances the promoter is unable to offer the intended prize(s).
• Winner's details will be used for administration of the prize and publication of the competition winners as detailed below and may also be required to take part in any promotional activity reasonably requested by the Promoter.

• Winners consent to their name and county being disclosed to other entrants on request.
• By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by the rules and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.
• To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability whatsoever to entrants and the winner in relation to the Promotion and the prize(s) to be awarded.
• The decisions of Bounty and Promoter will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The Promoter retains sole discretion to withhold prizes without liability if in its view a winner is ineligible, the entry is invalid or a winner does not meet the necessary requirements as set out in these terms and conditions.
