well he signed me up with there agency, he said everything was ok, the only downfall was the lack of business experience as i have no call center experience, but he said he thinks i could easily learn that and just need to be given a chance
I should recieve a call by weds letting me know when i will be starting, but i think he said i basically have the skills he is after so should be getting the job!
Its a temp position for 6 months and if the Uk Power networks like what they see and there is a perm position then i may be able to be permenant. Im hoping there is as im quite confident i can work really hard in this job
The interview was just asking questions about where i see myself in 2 yrs time, my goals in life, what i knew about the company, what the position entailed, shifts and pay, and i had to give examples of the way i would react in different situations, and give examples of situations in previous job roles.
I think it went better than i expected, im not sure what i was worying about hehe lets see what happens within the next week tho! Fingers crossed i def get the call Thanks for al the advice everyone! Helped me out a lot x
