I had Cavity wall installation last year, and ever since all my windows now suffer from bad condensation.
One window in particular now has permanent condensation in between the 2 pains of glass inside the window, there is no way of getting to the condenstaion within the window and it now never drys out, what do I do, do I need to get the glass replaced now??

It sounds like you have a cracked unit.
It should be a simple job to have the glass replaced. Call a local window firm. They should be able to pop the glass unit out and measure it quite easily

You might want to get on to whoever did your cavity wall to see if you can claim for the replacement glass too

You will need to replace the window, it is impossible to get rid of the condensation once the unit has broken. I've done this to most of the units on the back of my house (more sun), and they are not too expensive to replace.0 -
this has happened in almost all my double glazed units - will look into guarantees when replacing, i think it's worth spending a little more for a guarantee. a pane in the conservatory went within 4 years and was replaced with no fuss by the company.
if it makes you feel better one of my units is filling up with water each time it rains and is now three quarters of the way up!
