Potterton Prima F 60F problem

I have had a problem with my Potterton Prima F 60F for a while now. The boiler seemed to stay on for 5 minutes and then shut down for 10 minutes, almost as if it was cooling down and would then kick in and the cycle is repeating. Neither the CH or the DHW ever reach the set level.
My husband has changed the air pressure switch and the PCB, and it doesn't seem to have made a difference. We had some plastering done in the house when a couple of the radiators were removed, but have now been put back.
While the boiler is on, the radiators start getting hot, however, as the boiler shuts down in a few minutes, the radiators start cooling again. Meanwhile the pump is still running while CH and/or DHW during the set times. So even when the boiler shuts down the pump is still running. I guess this is why the radiators cool down quickly as there is no hot water being pumped through???
The thermostat sems to be working as we can hear the click while turning it around to check the temperature it has reached. My husband has also changed the head on the 3 port divertor. The problem seems to be with the boiler but cannot pinpoint it.
i apologize for the long explanation, but thought the more I describe the problem, the easier it might be to understand and hopefully resolve.
Any help/suggestion would be much appreciated.
Thanks

I have a potterton suprima boiler and am having problems too. I had an engineer out a couple of weeks ago and he was unable to find anything wrong! The boiler is working ok but it does not turn off. I am wondering if its the thermostat that is the problem? The upstairs raditors turn off but the downstairs stay on all the time! It gets very hot in my house now and even when the timer goes off the raditors stays on. Only way I get around that is by turning the boiler and hot water tank off!
There is also a vibrating sound coming from the hot water tank and timer!
What does this mean and what should I do?
