tried to enter meter readings last thursday.
just get error from web site.
"We are currently experiencing delays due to the high volumes of customers trying to log in."
sent them an email at weekend, no reply.
does not help that they are only open (on the phone) 9-5 mon-fri.
anyone else had same? or had any contact from them?

I've seen that message too. Since switching to them a few months ago I've found their website to be very flaky and not very user friendly, I assume it's not always been that way then?
I have eventually been able to enter meter readings, but it's sometimes taken several attempts.Stompa0 -
I'm having a slightly different problem - my meter readings get accepted, but then when statements are generated it only shows the elcectricity I've used, not the gas0
