iPod touch how to exclude other wifi connections?

Hi, I have an iPod touch 4th gen and lately it keeps switching the wifi connection. I have my own connection and then lately these other two showed up on my iPod. One is Btfon and one is btopenzone.

Sometimes my wifi automatically changes to one of those, which would be fine if they allowed me access to the Internet! I then have to go settings to change it back.

Is there any way for me to permanently exclude these? I've tried 'forget this network' option but it keeps coming back.

And also any changes I make can only be done on the iPod as my computer is not working ATM.

you need to forget the network and turn on 'Ask to Join Networks' After this is enabled, it'll never connect to an open Wi-Fi network without your permission, but will still automatically connect to networks to which you've connected to in the past and it knows.
