Does anyone else that qualifies for the gas and electric winter rebate of £30 off two gas bills and £15 off two electric bills (if you have both with british gas) have problems getting the electric rebate?
The £30 is off my gas bill ok,but I am having problems getting the £15 off the electric despite a few phone calls.
At least I found a geographical phone number which made the calls free.:D
I had the same problem last year as well
