speaking form experience as my account got confiscated last year when someone reported me for having a fake name....
they tell you when you try to log in that your account has been deactivated and give you an option to contact them. if you do so they give you the chance to change it to your real name (middle name not acceptable even if thats what you are known as :eek:). that is if you dont have another account (that they are aware of) as well since 2 accounts is also against their terms of service :rotfl:

takes them a good month to reactivate it though! even if you contact them immediately.
