Car accident - was it my fault??

I am not sure if I am posting this question in the right place but I am after some advice!!!
Last weekend I was in a shopping retail park and it was really busy. I turned into the car park and there was immediately another turn to the left, I carried on and the car in front of me slammed on to reverse into a bay but there wasnt enough room because I was right behind them, I was sandwiched because there was also a car behind me which was blocking the turning on the left. The car in front went ahead and reversed so I put my reverse lights on to prompt the person behind me to reverse a little which they did. Just as I went to reverse there was a huge scrape as a car coming towards me on the right decided to try and squeeze through the gap and turn into the turning that was on my left behind me. She definately was not to the left of the central line as the car behind me hadnt reversed enough!
I have just spoken to my insurance company who say they are claiming it was my fault as I reversed into them and that there were 3 personal injuries!!!! ABSOLUTE load of rubbish!! I was pretty much stationary and if I did manage to reverse it was literally only inches before she scraped across the back of my car!!! Her car was alot more damaged than mine due to her moving and scraping the side whereas mine is just the back drivers side corner.
There were 4 of us in our car (2 young children) and I am 7mths pregnant and didnt even think twice that any of us could possibly be injured!! And she certainly didnt look like she was in pain as she was chasing me down the car park when she thought I was driving off (had to turn round)!!
I am waiting for the insurance to ring me back as they say that the reversing party is usually at fault but I certainly dont think this accident was caused by me!!
What are your thoughts??

Sounds like someone is trying to get a whiplash scam and who knows what else going - you and the other grown up should write down immediately (but separately) what you remember of the whole incident0
