Cant remember how I was sold PPI what next?

I received a letter from the Halifax stating I may have been missold PPI on my credit card I took out in 2006.
I vaguely recall opening a savings account and current account on the same day, but dont recall anything being mentioned about PPI.

So whats next ? is it banging in a SAR form?

    Hi there

A SAR is not essential, and you can still make a reclaim without the paperwork, unless of course you want to request for a SAR.
    SAR template letter below.

As you don't seem to recall anything on the PPI, it seems like you may have a case, as it looks as if you been paying for it without knowing it (maybe).

But you can just continue to make a reclaim by completing a reclaim questionnaire below, shown on step 3.

Did they provide you with the above questionnaire, if so complete that one but I assume they would be the same.

    Good luck.
