Cashbee Grrr arggg

Hi there
I am really hoping someone can help me out,i have had a huge clear out of my old dvds,blu rays,ds games thay are all packed and boxed ready for cashbee to collect,which was ment to be on the 16th nov,i have repeatly emailed them and have tried to contact them on by leaving a message on there website but had no reply at all,im starting to get frustrated as i got my things all boxed ready to go,for some reason cashbee doesnt even have a number to ring,if anyone can help me please i would be so greatfull for your help,thank you in advances x

Looks like you have had a result if you haven't handed over your goods to them yet. See reviews above.

Website looks really dodgy too, I would never deal with any company that doesn't have a telephone number.

Thank you so much gah for your response,i used this place as it was advertise on tv but im so glad u sent me that link,well i still havent recieved no email from them,its werid how some people give them top marks on that site,i am glad i hadnt sent my good luckly it was over 40 items,thank you again for the heads up x

I had exactly the same trouble from cashbee, and I'm really keen to close an account with them which doesnt seem possible. Concerned that they have bank details etc.

Does anyone know how to do this?

thank you; I also have a parcel ready for Cashbee; I dont think I will even bother to go to the post office with it after reading the reviews on them

Still till this day i havent recieved no email from cashbea even though i have now sold my things though music magpie,thay have a much better services,cashbee shouldnt be allowed to even advertise on the tv but thay still do,i would deffly not go though cashbee at all best regards x

I just wanted to say i emailed cashbee so many times as the person never came to collect my items and this was way before christmas and still now i havent recieved a reply from them or even saying sorry thay messed me around,just wanted to reply to what you said and let you know the type of services i had from them x

I had the same trouble last year.I go to music magpie now you cant go wrong,they pay your postage and the cgeque always arrives on time. x

I to used music magpie,mite of not been the same amount of money but the services was so good,in my books cashbee shouldnt be allowed on the tv as it seems like so many ppl have had problems wih them x
