Network Stumbler please help

Please help i have had a stroke and suffer with Aphasia, so reading and writing is not good for me so if you could be patience with me i would be pleased i am am finding that I have not added the programme of Network Stumbler could you please tell me know how that i can delete it.

In case you weren't sure, NetStumbler (aka Network Stumbler) is a program that shows you the strength of nearby wi-fi signals and which channel they use. You can use that information to choose a the best channel to minimise interference so you get a more reliable wireless connection.
It's a well-known program so it won't do any harm to keep it on your PC (although InSSIDer does the same thing, but is better in my opinion).0
