ICICI Login Problems

Is anyone else having problems logging into to their ICICI account today?

Both myself and my bf have tried and it keeps telling us that our User IDs or passwords are wrong. I have checked them loads of times and we're definitely putting in our right ones.

Am just getting a bit worried as our wedding savings are in the account

Try phoning them up, but i haven't had much luck with anything. I joined about a year ago and have never been able to log into my account since joining. I've phoned up several times and written to them. When i phoned last time they sent me a new username and password which still didn't work. I've basically given up with it all because i'm fed up. I'll funnel my money into more safer accounts paying less interest. Less money for me but more peace of mind. I like to know who i'm dealing with.

this happened to me the other day, I had used a link from my history folder to get to the ICICI webpage.

I then tried going to the ICICI website directly by typing in the full address, and clicking Login, then entered my details, this worked fine.. not sure if it was the same as your problem tho.. thought I'd just meantion it..

Seems to be working now. I seem to recall someone saying they changed some peoples credentials after their "upgradation". It may be worth contacting them.

One thing to watch for -

log into icicibank.co.uk, NOT icici.com

They look much the same, the login process looks the same, but only one will work. Doubly confusing, as google usually shows the .com site as the first non-sponsored result.

Googling for an online banking site is never a safe thing to do.

I love you. I love you. Finally i have been able to log on. Thank god . Thank the lord. This is excellent news.
I must have been trying to log on to .com instead of .co.uk for the last twelve months. How stupid i've been. I am so relieved. I am so grateful. Now i can use my account . I am so happy.

Me too! Thank you Shtu. Normally I log on from home and the URL (the .co.uk one) is stored in my favourites so I get on with no problems. However, when I was trying it yesterday at work, I went to .com, which is why I could log on.

Shtu, thank you so much for pointing this out. I was so worried that somebody might have gained access to my account, changed my password and stolen my money!!
