Help with barclaycard application

hi i applied for a barclaycard on the 26th october at the end of the process it said the application was successful

a few days later i received the credit agreement for i signed it and sent it back

i contacted them about a week and a half ago and they said they still had'nt received the credit agreement forum so they sent another and i signed it again and sent it back last monday

i just phoned the application department which must be in dehli or something as you never get anyone from the uk answering there phones

they said its still not been updated, is there a number in the uk where i sent the credit agreement forum to make sure they have received it

i was going to transfer my current account to barclays as well but there service so far has been really bad

has anyone else had these problems?

it maybe the post, as I posted myn back to tesco over a week ago and still nothing

i have now contacted the application department again ( which in my opinion must be the worst call centre ever)

they say they still have not received any of the credit agreements which i have sent

iam seriously thinking twice about barclays/barclaycard i cant even get a number for my local branch as surely they would beable to sort this mess out
