Living in Buckingham??

Out of curiosity, does anyone live in Buckingham, or know what it's like to live in?
My and OH are just looking at towns/villages within commuting distance where you can get a 4 bed detached home, and houses in Buckingham kept cropping up, so just wondered what it was like.
As much as we like living where we currently do, we'd require a large mortgage to live in a 4 bed detached home, and then very few come on the market, so we're thinking that we'd perhaps rather relocate and have the dream home than continue living here in a much smaller house.

It is a nice market town, a small shopping area. A very nice area to live. The local secondary school is not up to much that is a negative, however they are trying to 'turn it around' and a private university so there are a fair few students around the area.Trying to live my life, learning to be frugal, and be happy :j0
