Lets hope they dont drop the 1% cash back on Egg Money, as soon as it drops below 1% I close my account once my cash back has been paid.0

Just read the news. I'm more worried about customer service standards and the switch to Citigroup's own online banking system. I can't help feeling it will all go downhill from here onwards...

I was expecting them to cut the 1% in any case this spring/summer - the original T&C allows them to do this and it's what they did with the original Egg card cashback wasn't it?0
