If you had an Egg World Money credit card that has just been transferred to Barclaycard then I sugget you check your statement for charges.
Despite clearing the balance every month, Barclaycard had added a charge for the balance of the entries when the card came over to them! So any transactions I did after the closing balance was calculated they are regarding as a cash balance and charging interest. What a cheek!
Thye have refunded it after I shouted at customer services but I also made a complaint. What a shambles of a transfer from Egg.

No need to throw your toys out of the pram and shout at the poor customer service guy. Explain what has happened and I am sure the charges will be refunded and by being polite they may even offer some small compensation for the inconvenience.0
