Does anyone know what this toy is?

Bascically my mum has advanced stage Parkinsons Disease and has deteriorated dramatically going from having no symptoms to the point where she is housebound and unable to do anything for herself - all within less than two years. We can only just make out what she is saying if she spells words out very slowly.
She has described a toy she has seen advertised that she wants to get DS for Xmas (will be 2). She isnt in a position to get it herself so has just given me money to get him something. I would really like to try and find what it was and (if it is suitable) get him what she chose (although her choices have usually always been buy a bargain then decide who to give it to...).
She says she has seen it on TV - the only description she gives is that it is an animal head and you put a ball in its mouth.
Does anyone have any clue? I have tried to google random combinations of the description with no joy and have not seen any adverts that vaguely look like this.
Any help would be gratefully received!
Thank you.

Thank you both - it could well be the elephant. Will find a picture and show it to my mum. Looks a bit young for him though which would be a shame.0
