Hi i have 2 credit cards and an argos card ,just wondered if i over transfer money from one credit card to the other on e and withdrawn cash out of the other so i can pay my argos card off and have one visa at 0% for exp;
argos £400
halfax £100 at 0%
balc card £0 17% so transter 400 into halfax then that well leave me 400 pound in credit then can i withdawn cash to pay for argos card off i have all promo 0% code for halfax card i know they might be a small fee but better then paying 29% for argos card if any one can help thanks ps sorry about spelling .

    If you transfer £400 into Halifax as you have £100 on it then you would only be £300 in credit.

    You would then need to look at terms and condition as 0% often only cover purchases and balance transfers. And that way you would have a minimum of a £100 cash advance. In fact it is possible even though you were in credit you would still be charged as if you made a £400 cash advance. Again check the terms and conditions.

    Surely if you have the £400 you would be better just paying off the Argos Card straight off or investigating possibility of a balance transfer?
