Laptop error message

When I switch my laptop on & Windows XP is loading I get the following -
Smartbridge Alert - BTHelpNotifier.exe - entry point not found.
The procedure entry point Get Processing Image File Name W could not be located in the dynamic link library PSAPI.DLL.
I'm not a techno but I gues that this is something to do with BT broadband Help. Just need a simple way to stop the error message appearing please - short of not switching the laptop on.
