By registering your details and requesting a Jagged Globe brochure(s) you will be entered into the Free Prize Draw. All participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material as if they were set out in these terms and conditions.
Closing date for the free prize draw is 31 January 2012 and entries must be received by 23:59 hrs on this date. Entry is by registering your details on-line at https://www.jagged-globe.co.uk/comp or calling 0845 345 8848.
The free prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter and its associated companies and their immediate families or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion. There is only one entry permitted per household. No purchase is necessary for entry to the draw.
The winners will receive the following prizes: 1st Prize - 1 pair of Black Diamond Aspect skis + bindings; 2nd Prize - Mammut Pulse Barryvox Transceiver + Avalanche probe + ski shovel; 3rd prize - Deuter Descentor Rucksack.
The Promoter reserves the right to provide alternative prizes of a similar value in the event that the named brands and models become unavailable. The Promoter will endeavour to provide comparable brands and models to those named above.
The winners may be asked to cooperate with the Promoter for publicity purposes if so required.
The Promoter has the right to disqualify any entry not made in accordance with these terms and conditions. Third party or bulk entries will be excluded from the draw. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are not received by the Promoter. There is no cash alternative and no element of the prize is transferable.
The winners will be the first 3 entries drawn at random by an independent person within 14 days after the closing date 31 January 2011. The winners will be notified in writing by 29 February 2012. For the name, county and country of the winners send a SAE marked 'Ski Comp'; to Jagged Globe, The Foundry Studios, 45 Mowbray Street, Sheffield S3 8EN, UK.
In the event that the Promoter (having used its reasonable endeavours to do so) is unable to contact the winners within a reasonable period of the draw then the Promoter reserves the right to draw another winner.
The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
