claiming on ppi bought through a broker.

I have bought ppi through mortgage advise services and not a lender although the cost of it was put onto my mortgage with nationwide can i claim and who do i claim from.

Your pursue the broker as they were the ones who sold and set up your account and forwarded your details to a lender, so even though the main of the paperwork will be that of the lender, you still complain to the broker.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

Do you mean it was added as a single premium?
If so, then this is a mis-sale and you complain to the broker that set it up. Mortgage insurances should be paid monthly by direct debit. Not single premium with interest added. It is one of the easiest complaints going (most PPI complaints are upheld with single premium being the reason)I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
