Ryanair..Adding sports gear to booking ??

I have booked a ryanair flight for march but now want to add some sports equipment to my booking. Does anyone know if you can do this online after the origional booking or if you HAVE to ring the £1 per minute reservations number (10p per min answerphone tells you to ring another £1 number !! )
Website says £15 online or £20 to book through reservations up to 4 hrs before departure. Liverpool to Porto . Help please

Due to space restrictions, we recommend that all sports equipment is pre-booked and pre-paid at the time of booking on https://www.ryanair.com or through your local reservation centre, as not to do so may result in the item being refused carriage at the airport. If the fee is not paid at the time of booking or on your outbound it will still be imposed on your return journey.

You have to ring up as there is no way of amending your booking online for luggage
