Which Dental Implant System is Best?

Good advice from the other dentists here, I wouldn't disagree with any of it, although personally I am less concerned about taking on other peoples implant work, as long as the boundaries are clear there is not really an issue. Patients need maintaining after their implant dentist retires for example.
I use several of the major systems mentioned above, but limit my use to systems with good history so I know I can get hold of components, good unbiased long term studies, but also I choose a system based on clinical needs of a patient. For example, I may find the clinical situation means I have to use a certain system as not all dimensions are the same and one system may be more suitable given the space I have for the fixture.
Look for a practice who has experience of implants and not one with a visiting practitioner, ask what are their qualifications, what implant courses have they done, how many fixtures have they placed, and how many of those implants have failed. That is all more relevant than which system they use in my opinion.

I think in my case, my reluctance stems squarely from a lack of experience and expertise with implants. I am simply not skilled in maintenance care or repair of them and their prostheses. prospective Patients need to be aware that many dentists are like me and just can not offer the care they would need for these things.

I recommend dental clinic in Poland - eurodentalclinic.com . I went there to have 8 implants Alpha-Bio (made by Nobel Biocare) and I paid 3680pounds. The service is on the highest level ,the clinic is very impressive. I had computed tomogrphy photo - very professional attitude. If you have save some money go there.
