Motion detector that sounds a buzzer in the house?

I'm looking to get hold of something I can attach to the garage wall which will sound a buzzer in the house if anyone comes on to our property.

Any recommendations? Not quite sure what to search for really PIR with buzzer brings up caravan alarms and such like. Ideally it would need to be wireless but a wired one would do at a push.

If its available on the high street today all the better!

What you want is called a 'driveway alarm' its an outdoor (usually battery powered) PIR sensor that you mount with a view of where someone may come. IT connects wirelessly to an indoor alarm or announcing monitor. Typically £25-£30 online but can't think where you might get one high street.
