npower rip off 1st bill help re kw used

hi guys trying to help my brother here...
he is with npower asjust move into a new house they are saying that in last month he has used the following
gas 25 units they are saying this equates to 787kw and the calc provided for conversion was 1.02264 x 2.83 x39.6
however his girlfriend is with eon and they have been on bills 219 cub- 2464 kw, 20 - 225 kw and there calculation is based on 1.02264 x 39.6
What is going on surely they should both work on same calculation?
Hes got a £60 bill for gas , single guy with heating on 2 hours a night only.... worcester cdi37 boiler

If his meter is in cubic feet then the calculation is correct and it looks like his girlfriend's is in cubic metres which is why it's not the same formula.Now free from the incompetence of vodafail0

eons does not include the tariff rate from what you have put above,Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
