Barclaycard Calculations Incorrect - Beware

My Barclaycard balance went into negative territory due to a university fees payment being refunded ie it showed -£153 at the last statement (I'd paid some minimum payments off the balance since it was origionally paid to the Uni). I therefore started to use it again to mop up those availalbe funds. At this point this -£153 went to +£153. I have a screenshot showing the last statement as -£153 which is correct but the pdf of the same statement shows +£153. My account is also now reflecting that discrepancy. Their software is therefore up the creek in this respect. Official complaint, intially by email, has gone in.

I have a similar issue with my ex Egg Money card, which is sitting with a small positive balance...and has been for a good few months now, since the transfer to Barclaycard.
Hopefully it'll clear up once I get round to spending it!0
