Please HELP: WTC & JSA

Hello,
I have a quick question if anyone would be able to kindly answer.
Me and my wife are currently joint claiming JSA (I was made redundant in Oct).
My wife is starting work on Monday (20 Nov 11). I am wondering if she will be able to claim WTC once she comes off JSA on Monday and starts work. She will currently be working 16 hours but the company said if the work picks up this could increase.
Would I still be able to claim JSA as we're both living as a couple while she is working 16 hours? and will her WTC claim be as a single or a joint claim with me?
Also what is the difference if she was to work 15 hours? Would the JC Office be able to help her?
Thank you so much.

Do you have children? If not the hours you need to work is 30 hours per week to claim WTC0

Thank you for the reply.
We don't have any children. Now we're wondering if she is going to be better off in work or not. Sad I know.0 -
Put the 'before' and 'after' scenario into the Turn2us online benefit calculator. Then tell us!0
