Guess it's old news now but I can confirm the Stella xmas edition DID NOT WORK, went through for 3 for £10 no offers overlapping of any sort. :(

I'm guessing that the OP was someone who did work in Tesco's like they said but they wanted to send us on a wild goose chase. Would not be supprised if an e-mail went round the stores saying look out for Martins friends with the Stella. Ha! good job it was too cold for most of us to try it:D. Thanks to those that did and found it to be fake:T
If it wasn't for blinds it'd be curtains for all of us:dance:

  • I always put my T receipt through the price checker and regularly get very irritated by a few items that are cheaper in T drastically reducing the voucher amount.

Just out of interest, I just checked the prices on a small weekly shop:

    Branston beans x 4
    Heinz Tomato Soup x 4
    Lurpak Spreadable 1kg
    Kingsmill 50/50 Bread x 2
    Velvet Classic Tissues x 2
    Andrex Toilet Tissues 9
    Crunchy Nut Cornflakes 1kg
    Nescafe Original Coffee 200g
    Tetley Tea Bags 160
    Semi Skimmed Milk 4 pints x 2
    Blossom Hill Chardonnay
    Persil Bio Tablets 20
    Herbal Essences Shampoo
    Herbal Essences Conditioner
    Kit Kat 9 x 2 finger
Colgate Advanced White Toothpaste x 2
    Eggs For Soldiers x 6

and the total came to £53.63 with T so with the A total being £53.32 there would be a jtd voucher for 31p coming my way.

If you split the basket in two - cheaper in A and cheaper in T, the total cost when getting the best price on every item is £46.11 so by taking all the cheaper in T items away and paying for them separately, the jtd voucher would be £7.52.

Not a fortune but that is not a big shop and it really does only take 10 minutes to compare the prices through mysupermarket.

I'm also not alone in getting over-excited about getting a free bag of fudge so to be throwing away this kind of money is just silly.

Stella glitch doesn't work. I had to go out and at least try.
On the up side I got whoopsies that at full price would have been £67ish, and I paid £9.27 for them, so with that and the dtd earlier, I got £96 of goodies for £18, and not a coupon used! :o (forgot them as DS2 was in a hurry to get going, practicing motorway driving and combining with a T visit).
