I got some today for £1 - it was marked at £1.80 on sel and has been all week, but still £1 until 6/12.

Ditto. I saw multi-buy and thought I was getting a bargain so I'd stock up. I thought I was reasonably savvy but 2011 has taught me many things. I used to mock people who bought Whoopsies and although I do it, I try to be discreet as I still feel ashamed to have to rely on RTC food. I never used coupons and even remember finding out of date Ts conditional spend MOCs

My folks were down today so I was officially allowed in the attic (and while there admired the last few months handy work) :o It still shocks me how little it's cost to stock up on toiletries simply by using the old DTD plus Superdrug. My corner shop aka spare room, is overflowing with Kenco, McVities, Cadburys, Terrys, Uncle Bens, Heinz, Ambrosia and Hartleys. My cupboards are bulging, the attic is jam packed and the garage is full of household stuff yet somehow I have only spent a fraction of what it would normally cost buying 'multi-buys'!

Do Expresses take coupons , as I remember ages ago they refused so I never tried again .

I think they must do now because they have coupon slots on the self service tills. HTH

I have had to send the other half to B&Q for a shed shelving unit to put in the conservatory as we have no cupboard space left. It will only be for cleaning stuff and tins, all other stuff in paper or plastic is up high and out of the way (dont want to be feeding the critters) They can and will chew through plastic.

Are the lollies and wine gums still working we forgot to check earlier, when I was there so might have to nip back. And are the BOGOF's on mcvities digestives and cappucinos working or not?

Just to make you aware if you are going to be using the price drop mag for these, remember the price drop mag states offers end 4th Dec. If SEL is up then of course that's a different story.

Althought I did notice last night that even though the mag states offers end 4th Dec, online it states 5th.
I made a mistake once, believeing people on the internet were my virtual friends. It won't be a mistake that I make again!
