Thanks for the tip Kerri :j:j:j My T do not show as stocking the Bolognaise sauce and no place on the shelf for them either but there was two unopened packs on the very top 'stock shelf' (Yellow clearance label on them) so as I am reasonably tall helped myself to them checked on scanner and 49p indeed, just happened to have a few of the £1 moc's on me;) so 12 free plus £6.12 off the rest of my shopping :j:j:j

T was extremely busy though about 40 checkouts working and queuing 6 deep at each one but with the household offers ending today (Comfort & Andrex mainly) it had to be done;)

Is Andrew covered by the pound off household products coupon? Thanks x

Yes I was. There were loads in Stockton extra in October but they all dissappeared suddenly. I'd been keeping my eye on these on the assumption that at some stage they would go down :)

The only way to do it really is to check asda.com and tesco.com and then buy your shopping in two lots. One bill that you think wont compare and one bill where you think it will compare and will compare favourably.

As you say its about as fair as a football field on the side of a mountain!

And without sounding too obvious (but the penny has only just dropped for me ... doh!!) put all BOGOF, B1G2F and any other "special offers" in Basket #1 ... and then any regular and expensive items in Basket #2
    ;)

Well, I'm disappointed! I'm back from my lunch 'hour' (!) with nothing to report except there is now stock of the Mary Berry cake in M3rthyr T. Comfort labels there, says ends tonite, but no stock on shelf, no DM either. There was loads of whoopsied meat just being put out :)

Will be popping back later for 2 more Mary Berry's when I have the car. Might attack the toy section then

I made a mistake once, believeing people on the internet were my virtual friends. It won't be a mistake that I make again!

Right just gonna head out for some more Comfort and other unknown bargains.

There's a brand new store (just opened today) that's fairly local which just has to be explored :j This is good thing cos I have to lie low in one of my regular stores after Sat nights performance where I ended up in tears at the checkout. Nothing to do with the fact that they wouldn't take my JTD voucher w/o receipt ... more to do with it being towards the end of a diff day and I was trying to shop with 2yr old twins and I had just reached my tipping point.

Anyway I have decided NOT to do weekend shopping again ... or should I say I will only ever shop alone ... even a regular shop need 100% attention.

Oh ... nearly forgot I did manage to get 11 wine gummies (ate 2 packs on the way home), no devon fudge or DM ... in fact the DM SEL was for 34p(??).

BTW ... baked the Mary Berry Crimbo Cake yesterday ... really easy and smells very alcoholic :T
