Afternoon everyone,
Not been to Ts yet today. Hoping for the xmas cake with the price flop voucher, if not maybe I will go for another meal deal, with some little bottles if they are still on offer. Waiting for OH to bring the car back as have to go for milk anyway.
I wonder whether Czerniacha has had any other little visitors, one thing in the garage but not sure I would be so calm if in our house.
And as for waiting up for DD1 the wine sent me straight to sleep once I hit the pillow so I have no idea what time she finally got in and she is still in bed now. I have been up since 9am I thought I was meant to be the lightweight of the family. :rotfl:0 -

Thanks for the pm Auntycaz.:T
:)My findings
ilooms-all scanned full price
found one lonely toy story bubble thing-20p-I agree with fudge2, you really need a good rummage to find these sort of things
2x Cars pencil cases, found another one and a princess one, but no tag/barcode, so left it, wished I'd taken it now and told SA it's same as these too! Doh!
Hot Wheels small puzzle box thing-think it was under 50p
Black high heel tape dispenser-SEL £10, went through at £1.20-there were loads of these too!
6 packs of nuts
5x Comfort
and the best of all.....6x fudge with DTD back and a goldie!!:D but I'll probably keep them! Poor SA got so confused with the numbers and with refunding the price flop puddings voucher, had to help him out, but he was so nice! Not like the trout on the till who wouldn't even bother scanning the voucher!
Does anyone know if nuts work in express stores?
TIA0 -
I can confirm the 30p off pilgrims cheese coupon DOES work with the BOGOF pilgrims lighter cheese
OMG our store has had a refit and I have just discovered we have a SCANNER:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:TIs thankful to those who have shared their :T

TIA x
i think that refers to 1 chiiled food coupon per transaction so you dont use 5 and get a free meal.
I have just used, 5x comfort coupons, 1 x home price flop coupon, 1 x cheese price flop coupon, 2 x pilgrims coupon, 1 x cake coupon all in the same transaction.:TIs thankful to those who have shared their :T

got 13 bottles of wine(incl.the meal deal one), some food I needed, some party twisters at 11p and that's it really... no dtd chickens as no sels left...
got 4 price drop flops so I might actually find some space for a few bottles of comfort
T order arrived just after 5pm, pretty happy with it especially at this price so I might actually not complain about it being late... I'll be nice to them and I'm sure they'll be nice to me in return
Came back home, unpacked all shopping, started cooking this awful risotto(and I love fish!) and heard a strange noise near the bin... went to see and there was a MOUSE!!! OMFG! I jumped onto the sofa and told bf and he was more scared then me! LOL Sent him to go and kill it, he put his shoes on(!!!!!!?!I could never step on a mouse to kill it!), took a broom in his hand and started moving things away from the corner where that damn mouse was... I watched him and saw a disaster coming so went to help... told him to hand me over the mop from the bucket, he lifted it and the mouse was in the bucket! We both started screaming but I quickly took a box and covered up the bucket, told bf to take it out and let the f*cking mouse out... Luckily for the mouse and even more for us that she chose to hide in the bucket otherwise I'm sure we wouldn't catch her!(having use of bf's shoes, a broom and a mop! LOL)She must have been there at least since yesterday as I heard that noise too but just thought it's a packaging "unfolding" in the bin or something... And I never thought we'd have mice living on first floor! sooo yuk yuk yuk! I hate mice!
Czerchy it's not funny but it did make me laugh when you both started screaming:rotfl::rotfl:HappyChappy84 wrote: »Just went to take my dog out for it's midnight sh it. Opened the back door to 3" of snow! Molly seem it and she was off like a rocket as she loves the snow! I found her half way up the garden rolling about in it.
I want some snow!!You have to be very careful where you stock food with both mice and rats. Sometimes I read on here about people stocking up garages and attics with food. I would never do this. It is attracting trouble. I keep all that sort of stuff where I can see it. I have been a victim of both rats and mice in the past! Never again!
I keep mine all in the garage but it's not really a garage, well it is but it's only been built a few years and it's OH play room;);)It's even got sky tv in it;) definately no mice in there, he's got OCD and even hoovers the concrete floor!!Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:0 -

I found some of the Dormen jumbo cashews in an Express and they scanned at 41p (from memory) the same as I got them for in an Extra so I would assume all of the nuts would. HTHs0 -
SaverSavvy123 wrote: »Not sure if this has already been posted but the Meal deal of dine in for £10, have managed to get it alongside the 6 x bottles of wine and the deal then worked like this
£2.50 off the bottle of wine
£1.00 off coupon for the dessert
£1.00 off coupon for the chilled food main course
Total to pay for the £10 meal deal = £5.50!
Thats actually really good but none of the dishes are over £5 in my store to use the £1 of WYS £5 on chilled ready meals.
And you only get £2.50 of if buying another 5 bottles.:TIs thankful to those who have shared their :T

Sis says do you want to swap homes for a few weeks, you spend winter here snowed in and mum and sis can live in civilisation. :rotfl:
They are more than welcome to come and live in my mad house, - mad alcoholic blind father in law, scatty lazy DD, Dog that thinks hes a cat, DS that thinks i have a money tree at the bottom of the garden - apart from that he's really good!!!, husband that doesn't know how to say no - so always doing stuff for others, and when he's not, he's either drinking or sleeping and me i only go home for ten days a month and people wonder why :j:j:j
And if the above is what you call civilised then you are welcome to it!!
Sounds bad but to be honest i wouldn't swap them for all the tea in China - they're MY family and i love them to bits even though they drive me banzai:p:p
