Is it sad that I'm going to Birmingham to visit a friend next week and I'm sitting here working out how many big T's I can visit on the way back?

(14 and it'll take approx 4h41 total driving time rather than the usual 2 hours, not to mention actual shopping time)

Nope. I just met my dad after 25 years, and we went to visit him a few weeks ago, I needed some bits from the supermarket so he took me to tesco's. We got talking about glitches, and he is on here loads and told me about his bargain satnav, TCO's etc etc, his store is about 50 times bigger than mine. I am seriously jealous of him.

We re going again next weekend and im super excited at the super huge tesco I will have to go and visit, with my dad, :rotfl:

I popped into T's in Sti***ng tonight and picked up my very first 1p purchase Harry's nuts :T
I also managed to pick up 5 comfort pure,(vouchers used + Tesco mag £1 off)
1 Rose blush & peony Bold 2 in 1 - £1 off voucher used from super savvy
1 tin of Victoria biscuits - £1 mcVities voucher used
Haribo Christmas tub - went through at £3

Also picked up some whoopsied fillet steak for sunday dinner and some lovely potatoes to go with it (also whoopsied)

Last but not least 4 packs of the iloom balloons 8p each. Well chuffed with that as just bought some the other week for ds's birthday and thought I had got a bargain at 88p

Nearly forgot cs screwed up on my sale as she finalised it before putting through my voucher for biccies so supervisor called over who said we will just reduce it by a pound your total is £16.40 should have been 27.40 before discounts. I said ok:)
Got home and checked receipt when the cs finalised my sale she had put in a cash paid of £40 and the change due was £17.60. So the supervisor had looked at the change due instead of the total owed.

I ended up getting an extra £6 odd free from Mr T as well as my wee bargains!!!

    Happy days;)

Went home after shops watched Laurel and Hardy with OH and DS whilst eating our 1p nuts, was a good way to spend a Saturday night:D

I need to get a pic of him for my avatar or whatever it's called....I mean the cartoon character not my OH! He's also very hairy so gets called The Bear by the lads too. He's out driving a HGV at the minute, I still can't imagine him in a big lorry with his baby bear face haha :D
