You have to be very careful where you stock food with both mice and rats. Sometimes I read on here about people stocking up garages and attics with food. I would never do this. It is attracting trouble. I keep all that sort of stuff where I can see it. I have been a victim of both rats and mice in the past! Never again!

I learnt this when I stockpiled dry cat food in the garage. Rat babies moved in, not just the garage but the garage loft! Now I am keeping the food in the house until I can clear out one of my hard plastic lidded trugs to keep it in!

As I said, 1st floor in a block of flats... I'd never ever think we can have a mouse here... and she was in a place where I keep my laundry and cleaning stuff...

and now I'm home alone as bf had a call out and I need to go to bed but don't want to :(

Keep a cool head! Mice are not as bad as rats and that little mouse is far more scared of you than you are of him/her.

    Hi All

The light up ballons are in Pitsea as I bought some today (they are on the left handside of all the boxes, in the corner)
Also bought the Mrs Peeks fruit cake with £1 off coupon from price flop mag so was £2 (thanks to Cosmic Dust). The space where cake should have been was empty but I found one further along amongst the other Christmas cakes.

    Hi tessietwo

    pitsea's my local store

what boxes are you talking about?

also do you know where the price drop leaflets are kept in store as I want to get a few :D

Those bl))dy rodents will eat anything but the thing they love best is chocolate or cake. I've learnt this from my own experiences!

Looks like your gonna have to get a cat - i love cats :):):)

I'd love to! But we're not allowed to have pets :(

And I don't think it would be nice to leave her alone when we work long hours and there is also nowhere nice outside to go :o

I have a cat in Poland, my parents look after her now, she's about 10 :)

And since I left home I am allergic to cats! :( I love them and always had one or two at home but now when I go back my eyes get red and swollen, my nose is blocked and I sneeze all the time! :( Still play with her and give her lots of cuddles :o

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: best joke I've heard in ages
    And another -

Was in Tesco at Hampton, Peterborough and they are selling bottles of Bucks Fizz for £1 each but when i went to the check out with a box of 6 it deducted £1.50 making it 75p a bottle. This stuff is always my favourite and for this price its the best.

I cant comment if its nationwide but please confirm for your area :)

That's because they are included in the 25% off wine deal.
    6 bottles at £1 each = £6 less 25% = £4.50 :)
