James, i haven't read any posts on this thread today, so can't comment on those.
I will say that your mother was rather naieve going on the show in the first place. TV shows have an agenda, and they were always going to edit it to make her look bad.
Another member of MSE (I wish i could find the thread) posted on MSE that she had been asked to appear on the show and was really excited. Lots of posters pointed out that the show would have an agenda and made some very good points that boiled down to her having nothing to gain from doing the show. She agreed and turned it down.
    Seems those posters were right.

If posts on here have gone too far, go through and report them. They will get removed if needed

The show did not make her look bad, if the were doing it to make her look bad why would they show her hosting a charity event and raising £250. the show was not meant to be as serious as you think it has to be. and some people have posted threats and if you are telling me that that is acceptable you have to be crazy.

Found some Dairy milk for 34p in bl*ys today also the satay nuts 1p(got the last 5 bags sorry) and even the leaf trays(loads left)!! Going to give the 5 trays I got to a charity shop :) Saw a couple near the Dm's and decided to tell them about the price, what a mistake that was! They didn't believe me at first thought i was fibbing  I then pointed them to the price checker and told them to check themselves. Well once they found out I wasn't lying you should have seen them they took the whole lot two and a half boxes full and even picked up the broken ones!! The greedy bug**s didn't even thank me. Makes me wonder why I bother, but I guess that will probably be the last deal they will seen in a long time as they didn't look like MSE'ers :D

Did anyone else see a post about ten minutes ago, allegedly from the son of that woman on the that programme last night, telling people "!!!!!!" (took me a little while to work out what this meant) and threatening that people could be in trouble?

Thats what happens when you eat too many cheap burgers :rotfl:

It probably was just one of our trolls

Just having a very little rant.........

I feel for that Lady on the TV programme last night if she is getting bullied on here or anywhere else on the internet.l also think some of what is being said in posts in this forum is wrong,it`s fetching down this otherwise good natured money saving site.
Please think twice before you post,I know it is only a few people having a go but who really needs it?:(

I bought about 15 bottles of Comfort Pure with the coupons when they were 2 for £2.50 at T's and price checking against A's at 2 for £2 but I bought them 2 at a time. I would never go on and load up a trolly with with 10 or 20.

same here, think most i have got at a time was 3/4. try to keep the shopping as stress free as possible or just cave in at cs if too much effort, don;t have willpower/physical effot to stand there so they win every time if it is a stand off.

have gone home and emailed customer service then.

yesterday i was waiting and late for getting kids from school and they didn't get school bus as i told them i woujldl pick them up, so was really annoying. have emailed customer services so see what they say.

i also emailed about carrott cake as someone suggester on here (THANKS) and they sent me a £4 gift card.

    :)
