Had a go at DTD today, white sel on the turkey Joint was 7.50...promo posters stated half price ad and as there was no mention of any other price than 7.50 I questioned whether it should have been 3.75...csa & dept manager both agreed with my logic but wouldn't give jtd never mind DTD....told them to 'stuff' their turkey and got a refund. Then phoned cust service and have been sent out a £7.50 gift card ....haha

are these on offer?

I got JTD vouchers for the first time this week. I got 3 (£1.63 + £0.04 + £1.03) and used them on a SS till. The very young and harrassed SA had to acknowledge the coupons but didn't ask to see receipts (I had them with me just in case).

I also entered the details of another receipt into the PC site with a fictitious email ... that was on the 28th. I was testing to see if I could retrieve the results without having to click the link in an email ... it hasn't worked for me.:(

I told them I had already spoken to HO as I was not honored the price in another store. Said I would give them the ref number so they could call, was told
"I'm not ringing HO, no way"
They were very rude and my OH is fuming as we waited nearly an hour to get it sorted.
Oh well.

K'na'G if that makes sense? They must have had them up until today as I noticed some new looking ones in the trolley bay but I had mine taken off me. Shame I got more than one :cool:

Price drop leaflets aren't as prominently displayed in my store as last time - last time massive display as went in -this time no dispaly, none at CS desk but as waiting to pay saw a pile of them at checkout as putting my stuff on the belt! Rather cunning place to put them?

It didn't on one of my receipts that had 2 DVDs on it
