Does it really matter a monkeys **** who opened the new thread? Surely we are all (barring the few who seem intent on continually arguing/slagging ooff others/generally being a complete prat) adult enough to get on with each other and the real business in hand?

Feel like I have at last joined the club as Friday I found the 1p tray, the torches, selections AND halloween stuff. Happy days and just what I needed to give me a post holiday boost. :T:T:T

I'm still catching up so apologies if this has already been said....most of the people that posted on the old thread, liked the thread and the first page was informative and agreed by many posters as to what content should be on there. At approx 10000 posts,the thread will be closed....so we closed it slightly earlier due to the bickering, and Locarr set up this thread - it is MEANT to be the same as the old thread...just a continuation of it....

does it really matter who set up the thread - it was going to have to be done probably late last night or early this morning anyway once it hit 10000 posts.

May I suggest if you dont like it, dont read it

morning everyone, not sure what today's plan is yet. Some more crafting, an online glitch and non-squabbling kids would be nice though oh and keep the cat pictures and jokes coming as I have been :rotfl: each time I sneak a peek on here!

My nearest tesco is 8 miles away so only go when I'm in the area, I used to go purposely to look for things but not having much luck made me realise it's a waste of time and fuel. That being said I still try and keep an eye on this thread for the times I do call in, but to be honest it is so much easier just to check a facebook page with it's more organised layout etc. I always post any little misprices or deals I come across on here and would love to be the one to find something new but like I said my local is quite poor and no scanner. I find in the facebook group I can make more of a contribution by helping with editing doc's etc and one day I probably will come across something new and when I do it will be posted on the facebook page and on here! Maybe some people have joined the group with different motives but I definately have not seen any behaviour that goes against mse.. yes we all saw the comment copied on here yesterday, but trust me nothing has actually happened in that way at all. Some people's hatred towards the group has made me feel like I want to leave the group, but then I think why? When you actually look at the posts on there it is all completely innocent and harmless. The way it is being portrayed on here is all wrong, it's being made out to be something it isn't.

I know my name probably isn't well known in here, but anybody who remembers me from DTD days will remember that I did my best to help everyone out, I am not one for grabbing every last item on the shelf and I really wish I could help out more here like I did in DTD days. I love seeing everyones finds and I want as many people as possible to benefit from these tesco !!!! ups as possible. I would not be in that group if it were a case of 'lets all screw over mse'. I don't know the reason's behind the deleting of some members but as I understand it was not bailey who did that and the person responsible seems to have left. I hope bailey does look through her pm's and get back to everyone wanting answers and begins adding people again. I am very sorry to hear some of you are hurt, angry and just plain miffed on the subject it really does sadden me, but like I said the group really isn't there for a sinister reason, and it makes things easier it really does. I hope the bumpy start to the group will pass and some people will come around to joining, would be lovely if we could all live in harmony.

So the FB group is just like thread 11+ but without the chat that everyone said was the essence of this group and the reason why this thread is still tolerated on MSE. Or so I was told? I am beginning to think that what I was told was a load of hypocrisy and somepeople are now backtracking and showing their true colours. If people want a thread that just has bargains misprices etc and no chat then thread 12 exists.
