I need to give up smoking.

    any good advice?

Scamps1966 just do it. I just got up one day and decided the next day I was going to give up. My real story behind it was that I was getting bad sinus that I'd had for years, I had a cold that had left me with a cough, My car stank like an ashtray, I was permanently tired, My whole life revolved around having a fag. I would think I'll do that job then have a coffee and a fag and I hated going places if I couldnt have one.
But the real clincher was when my DS was with me when I bought a packet and said do you realise that you're saving all this money with T's but you still spend £50 a week smoking. Be honest scamps how much money are you spending a week smoking ;) You need to want to do it and I use nicotine lozengers when the urge really gets too much but I will tell you that in 3 weeks I feel healthier than I've ever done, I can walk and talk at the same time, dramatic but true and go up the stairs without getting out of breath.
Try and see how you get on, my other great incentive was everyone on here, I genuinely couldnt have done it without you lot:T:T
Be prepared to get a bit grumpy though, look at a few of my posts about 3 weeks ago;);););)
Good luck, just try, you might be surprised if I can do it anyone can trust me;)
